Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Vietnam market, focusing on identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Forge strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Organize and execute effective customer visits and events to showcase our value proposition and build brand awareness.
  • Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to track progress, identify trends, and optimize team performance.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing valuable market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the logistics or related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
