Position: Business Development Director (Chinese Desk/EXPAT)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Role for our Client, an International Renewable Energy Company in HCMC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business to grow market share to meet sales target
- To contact leads and attend prospect meetings, with the intent to secure new business and raise awareness of the products and services.
- Self-lead generation and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop new customer accounts, by showcasing company capability and services.
- Manage key accounts and delivery of projects.
- Ensure customers' needs are met through effective communication skills.
- Prepare a marketing plan, including the formulation of a plan of action per client. In charge of marketing activities for branding purpose & increase company's awareness on the strategy markets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiating contractual agreements, in accordance with legislation and regulations, contractual agreements, within the framework of risk analysis.
- Analysis the cases to find the way how to submit the proposals, convince clients and win the projects.
- In-charge after-sale service, and manage clients' feedbacks.
- Organize Client meeting & events, explore networking.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Native Chinese speaker, with good English communication.
- At least 5 years' experience in B2B, Project Sales, Or Machinery Sales.
- Preferable candidates with direct experience in renewable energy.
- Understanding Vietnam market
- High motivated & Can-do-attitude
- Good Presentation Skills
