Job Description
- Lead brand/ corporate marketing strategy that drives business and enhances brand equity, including: brand architecture, launch process and 360 marketing strategies.
- Own the marketing calendar and lead cross-function execution for all
business units. - Manage all marketing projects efficiently within assigned budget and clear ROI.
- Execute strategic plans to maximize marketing reach and achieve the business KPI.
- Ensure excellent quality execution of all the marketing plans across all channels, such as: Public Relations, Digital Media/ Social Media/Activation/ Creative.
- Develop and conduct market research; collect insights and analyze the market trends; give recommendations to business strategies.
- Leverage key insights and utilize analytics throughout function to accomplish strategic goals.
- To be up to date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify possibilities of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and Omni-channel platforms.
- Relentlessly enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement in new and innovative ways.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management.
- Have solid experience in leading or managing cross-functional team.
- Have experience in specialized industry beauty, retail or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Highly consumer-centric and have entrepreneurial skills. Enjoy being in fastpaced work environment, have positive and growth mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & have excellent presentation skills
