Job Responsibility:

The principle purpose of the Production Engineer is to manage quality assurance activities related to factories primary in China.

The Production Engineer will execute and support on assigned projects or areas to ensure the process/product of companys vendors factory is designed, procured, and manufactured in accordance with customer and companys quality requirements.

This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to inspection plan development, effective implementation of quality management system, product review, manufacturing quality and process improvement such as defect prevention and waste elimination, customer quality and manufacturing problem resolution, customer returns reduction projects to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ) and improve customer satisfaction.

In addition, the Production Engineer will communicate and collaborate within and across offices among departments such as QA, International Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Implementation, etc. and provide recommendation to the leadership across offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and QA in US headquarter on opportunities and projects related to improving product quality and customer experience.

Requirement:

Good education background with major in science and engineering related.

Excellent English & Chinese communication is must.
