        Store Manager (Hi-Tech)
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's stores (online and offline) to drive sales revenue.
 - Manage the operations of the company's stores (daily operations, merchandising, inventory, maintenance).
 - Build and improve workflow and operational processes to increase the performance of the retail team (sales, customer service, bike servicing, store operations).
 - Control and optimize operational costs, including staffing, supplies, and services.
 - Design and measure performance metrics of the team and take action to improve.
 - Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the stores.
 - Lead, forecast, recruit, and develop operations staff in line with growth projection.
 
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Store operations management. 
 - Established record of accomplishment managing operations to deliver the highest quality and standards.
 - Excellent critical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem solving skills.
 - Systematic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have.
 - Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.
 - Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
 - Ability to travel (10-30%) required.
