Store Manager (Hi-Tech)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's stores (online and offline) to drive sales revenue.
  • Manage the operations of the company's stores (daily operations, merchandising, inventory, maintenance).
  • Build and improve workflow and operational processes to increase the performance of the retail team (sales, customer service, bike servicing, store operations).
  • Control and optimize operational costs, including staffing, supplies, and services.
  • Design and measure performance metrics of the team and take action to improve.
  • Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the stores.
  • Lead, forecast, recruit, and develop operations staff in line with growth projection.

Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Store operations management. 
  • Established record of accomplishment managing operations to deliver the highest quality and standards.
  • Excellent critical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem solving skills.
  • Systematic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have.
  • Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel (10-30%) required.
