Business Development Manager (Measuring/ Control Instrument)
Job Description:
1. Manage and report to management of HVN and HIS on the Ho Chi Minh Branch's general operations.
a. Work closely with Finance & Admin department and HR Department in Hanoi for Ho Chi Minh Branchs Fin/Admin and HR functions.
b. Support to work with Ho Chi Minh authorities (if required)
2. Be person in charge to manage and promote Sales Management & Profitability of HCM Branch
a. Drive sales growth and profitability
b. Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Distributors sales
c. Response for all segment sales
d. Manage Selling, General & Administrative Expense both direct and allocated costs
3. Be person in charge for HCM Branchs Strategy development and deployment:
a. Always considering and being in line with mid-long-term plan
b. Strongly lead Cross Segment activity
c. Enhance market-oriented business of three field group (Energy & Environment, Bio & Healthcare, Materials and Semiconductor)
4. Lead and manage General Sales team, growing talent to ensure the Company has the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities:
a. Development and implementation of a high-performance sales culture & improve productivity.
b. Recruiting sales and sales support talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability.
c. Responsible for training, coaching, assessing and motivating team members to optimize their talents and productivity.
5. Manage Customer Relationship to ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers (EUs, distributors, dealers, EPCs and SIs)
6. Promote cross-selling to our customers in the market; Working closely with Project Sales to secure the projects via Distributor network.
7. Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments (if any)
Requirements:
Recognized at least from Bachelor degree or equivalent degree from Technical/Engineering majors
- At least 5 10 years of experience as Leader or same position in analytical instruments business development, sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support interaction amongst all parties.
- Excellent customer focus with positive attitude and the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition.
- Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office and computer function
- Good communication by English (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
OTHER INFORMATION
1. Working time:
a. From every Monday to Friday
b. 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour for lunch break)
c. Travel on weekends would be required based on job requirements
