Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our hospital operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis to ensure the hospital's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls for the hospital.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders (investment fund).
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and ensure funds are available for operational needs.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

• Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings.

• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, including capital investments and cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor finance department staff, including training and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
• Degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA,...
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a financial management role, preferred a person from an audit firm, in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
