Summary of responsibilities :

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets
  • Located in Manila, Philippines with established business network
  • Fluent in Filipino and English both spoken and written form of English
  • At least 10 years experience in BD & Sales, with at least 5 years of experience in selling capital equipments
  • Experienced in Water Industry with established network across the public and private clients. Proven experience of closing contracts independently
  • Technical knowledge on water and wastewater treatment equipment and/ or technologies preferred but not mandatory
  • Must possess a pleasant personality with solid background of relationship building and managing people
  • Computer savvy and possess good knowledge about MS Office, familiar with CRM etc.
  • Versatile personality that can adapt to working with both private companies and government authorities
  • Bridge cultural gaps and direct company in right direction aligning with the long term vision of company
  • Identify, develop, qualify early opportunities and leads in the country
  • Identify suitable partners to increase geographical reach in the country
  • Participating in tenders and putting bids together with selected partners
  • Manage the required database and ensure sufficient insight to the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to assume complete responsibility for Philippines market
  • Oversee coordination with regional HQ to meet the deliverables to clients and partners on a timely manner
  • Possess excellent market intelligence and work constantly in positioning the right solution in the market, ahead of competition
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, business ethics, codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Exposure to legal and regulatory aspects are preferred, but not mandatory
