Technical Sales Engineer (sanitary and plumbing)
Job Description:
MAIN TASKS
- Project management: acquisition, design, engineering and calculation of projects with a main focus of building drainage and sanitary system
- Technical support of our sales/distribution partners & clients to ensure market PULL
- Provide the sales team the required technical support, work hand in hand with the responsible Sales Manager
- Organize and conduct sales oriented, as well as technical trainings for representative partners and their customers. Ensure site visits and after sales support.
Develop and ensure technical know how in the market
Conduct and support the sales of piping, sanitary and bathroom systems- Execute market research and analysis to develop recommendation for the market approach
Support in defining the country-specific product assortments
New product kick-off and presentation
- Use of CRM for all sales activities (customer visits planning, contact reports, project information)
This position is responsible for Vietnam market
PROFILE
Engineering Degree/Diploma
- Knowledge of building industry and/or plumbing/sanitary industry
- Fluent in English written and verbal, able to speak and write local language
- 3-5 years working experience in plumbing/sanitary field, relationships to contractors and consultants
- Experience on construction sites, hands on, supervision and inspections
MS office, CAD (Autocad/Revit) application knowledge
- Personal capacities (flexibility, technical skills, appearance, trust worthy)
Moderation and presentation skills

Constant willingness to learn
Team player & social competence
- Willing to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 20%)
