Sales Manager (Ecommerce/Chinese speaking)
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the product distribution ground promotion team in the Ho Chi Minh city to expand the sales business of offline shops.
Familiar with the operation and promotion mode of offline FMCG shops, and able to have a keen insight into the development direction of offline shops.
Based on the results of the analysis of channel characteristics, product structure and consumer behaviour plan the shop activity plan and arrange reasonable resources to support.
Set targets for offline channels, review and evaluate potential channels, and complete the expansion and contracting of distributors.
Job Requirements:
Relevant channel experience is preferred, at least 3 years of experience in offline sales and platform geo-promotion, experience in building a team from 0-1 is preferred.
Familiar with the operation mode of offline channels/stores, relevant customer resources are preferred.
Strong market acumen and insight ability, able to withstand pressure, good communication and learning ability.
Self-confident, quick thinking, serious and responsible, positive and enterprising.
Certain communication skills in Chinese or English
