This position will work in Bau Bang, Binh Duong without transportation provided. 

Responsibilities: 

Calculate and process the salary and insurance of the employees according to the company policies and regulations.

Ensure the compliance of the company with the Vietnam Labor Law and other relevant laws and regulations.

Conduct factory audits and inspections, such as quality audit, environmental impact assessment, firefighting and security inspection.

Provide support in the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations of the staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing.

Full experience and knowledge of salary and insurance calculation, and Vietnam Labor Law.

Experience and skills in conducting factory audits and inspections, and familiar with the quality, safety, and environmental standards and requirements.

Fluent in Chinese listening and speaking, and proficient in English reading and writing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
