Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Manage the recruitment team.
• Supervise team members through the recruitment processes, from receiving staffing requests from departments, posting job openings, and scheduling candidate interviews.
• Research and propose suitable and effective recruitment processes.
• Ensure the team meets goals in finding and recruiting talent.
• Coordinate with other departments in the company to optimize employee performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in related fields (at least 2 years) 
• Foreign Language: Proficient in Chinese (preferred) or English
• Proactive in work, ambitious, logical in tasks
• Preference given to candidates from Tay Ninh area
