Channel Sales Executive (Blower & Vacuum)
Job Description:
- Responsible to win, maintain and expands relationships with assigned channel partners and direct customers for Blower & Vacuum business covering Vietnam.
- Sales consists of Direct Customers, Contractors, Existing Channel partners and recruitment of new business partners based on geography, channel, or market.
- The role is responsible for develops, training, achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives with channel partners.
- Monitors market trends and competitive positioning recommending product and process enhancements.
- Ensures delivery of projects and aftermarket commitments.
- Promotes a culture of unyielding integrity and business ethic. The role represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.
- Collaborate with Compressor business leader to maximize business synergy in delivering financial and operational results.
REQUIREMENT
- Experience in engineering capital equipment channel & direct sales environment minimum 3-5 years. Project management experience needed; ability to interface with all levels of engineering, procurement, shipping, production, etc. and develop excellent working relationships with customers. Excellent communication skills necessary.
- Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic). Proficient in appropriate computer software necessary to successfully navigate the job (Microsoft Officeetc).
