Description Of Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment
    of company sales goals and profitability
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales
    leads and prospects
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans
  • Provides timely feedback to department head / management regarding development
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Supports Sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities at the same time identify opportunities for growth within the existing business
  • Develop client base by lead sharing and market intelligence
  • Arrange face to face meeting with key decision makers at the clients side.
  • Close the sale and assist in the implementation process linking in with operations,
    customer service and senior management teams.
  • Ensure personal and team sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Sell within approved minimum limit of margin
  • Work closely with the trade lanes partners in overseas.

Qualification Standards:

  • Business degree or related professional qualification
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English proficiency
  • Market search skills & proven experience in customer relationship management
