- Working time: From 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday
Description Of Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment
of company sales goals and profitability - Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales
leads and prospects - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Provides timely feedback to department head / management regarding development
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Supports Sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities at the same time identify opportunities for growth within the existing business
- Develop client base by lead sharing and market intelligence
- Arrange face to face meeting with key decision makers at the clients side.
- Close the sale and assist in the implementation process linking in with operations,
customer service and senior management teams. - Ensure personal and team sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Sell within approved minimum limit of margin
- Work closely with the trade lanes partners in overseas.
Qualification Standards:
- Business degree or related professional qualification
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English proficiency
- Market search skills & proven experience in customer relationship management
