Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our client, an MNC company based in HCMC. The position plays the role of HR Operation Manager, who will assist Head of HR in all company HR & Operation activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage key HR processes and topics such as performance management, annual salary review & employee communication, etc. to ensure HR operation excellence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources (HR) to execute HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Assist in the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Participate in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in HR-related communications and employee engagement activities to foster a strong company culture.
- Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization's practices remain competitive and compliant.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Along with minimum 5 years' experience as a HR General in trading environment.
- Preferable strong HR Compensation & Benefit skills,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced and changing environment.
