Job Description
Explore and gather potential customer leads from various channels such as Local directory websites like Yellow Pages, Green Book. Etc; own networks from past work, or from exhibitions, seminars, or other events; ZALO marketing tools.
Develop and see through all Digital Marketing best practices with a focus on how to translate to sales.
Responsible for all online and offline sales order processing and fulfilment.
Cold calling /email/Message via ZALO/WhatsApp/Viber to prospective clients to introduce our promotional products.
Respond to customer and partner inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
Maintain, build, and manage specific relationships internally and externally with customers and partners for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, product, and platform.
Requirements
Recognized degree in any field.
2-5 years working experience working in sales. Preferably in international trading or SaaS software industries.
Sales experience involving business leads collecting, cold call, ZALO/Viber marketing.
Possess excellent communication skills and able to work well with minimum supervision.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Independent and a good team player.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
