Sale Team Lead

 Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Build the plans and strategies of Sales
  • Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, collect information from the market to propose suitable business strategies for each period.
  • Search, maintain and expand relationships with customers
  • Directly searching, expanding and increasing new sources of customers
  • Suppervise and maintain the customer base; constantly enhance and improve customers' satisfaction.
  • Combine with CS Dept. to feedback & sovle customers' problems

2. Internal Management

  • Support, participate in the recruitment process of Sales staff
  • Develop training programs, direct training to ensure the quality of Sales staff, evaluate employee performance periodically
  • Supervise the activities of Sales staff, speed up the progress, quality and capacity of Sales staff's work.
  • Propose to reward/reprimand/discipline Sales staff base on case-by-case
  • Plan of Sales team's activities & organize the implementation. Report periodically as required by BOD.
  • Coordinate with company departments, suppliers to find suitable solutions for customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Graduate from University/College with related fields.
  2. 1-2 years experiences in similar position.
  3. Good at Chinese.
  4. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Good Analytical skills and Customer care skills.
