Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a preference for candidates who have specific experience in the batteries sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies that have contributed to increased brand visibility, market share, and sales.
  • Extensive experience in channel management, including working with distributors, retailers, and other key partners to optimize product placement, availability, and promotions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the FMCG sector, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth through effective trade marketing initiatives.
  • Specific experience in the battery industry is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this market.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis, assess consumer behavior, and identify key market trends to inform trade marketing strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful product launches within the FMCG sector, demonstrating the ability to generate excitement and demand in the market.
  • Strong history of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align trade marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, fostering partnerships that contribute to the success of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Successful planning and execution of promotional campaigns at the point of sale, resulting in increased brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
  • Experience working in a global or diverse business environment, or exposure to international markets, is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
