Job Description:

Our client is looking for Business Development Director who will be responsible for driving revenue generation for Hospital Group and leading marketing initiatives to build the company's branding and establish strong connections with patients. Additionally, the candidate will oversee an existing sales and marketing team within the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Lead sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
• Create marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development (Experiences in Hospital is preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese preferred.
