About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our Building Automation, Access Control, and Video Analytics solutions. You will leverage your industry expertise and strong communication skills to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals that deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes pipeline generation and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospects through discovery calls, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with potential customers, consultants, and end-users, understanding their specific requirements and exceeding their expectations.
- Leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to identify and generate qualified leads from the ideal customer profile.
- Explore and evaluate various go-to-market strategies for optimal market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and events that drive lead generation.
- Participate in government and private industry tenders by preparing winning proposals and technical documentation.
- Translate your deep understanding of local market regulations and trends into successful sales efforts.
- Develop and implement a long-term business plan outlining strategic goals and tactical action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Building Automation, Access Control, or Security Solutions industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Building Automation, Access Control Systems, Video Analytics, and ideally, Facial Recognition and IoT technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
