HR Director
Job Description:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for HR Director who plays a key role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management to support the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. This role encompasses strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Lead the HR team in executing initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Develop strategies for workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new hires into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards in recruitment practices.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs to motivate and retain staff.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems and processes to set clear expectations and provide feedback to employees.
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify development opportunities for staff.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of performance management policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop comprehensive training programs to address them.
- Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts to build a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-quality healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks and incentives.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and labor laws.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related regulatory issues.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and labor unions, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-site healthcare environment is preferred.
