Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the financial services industry, specifically with CFDs or other financial derivatives products. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Vietnamese clients and partners, implementing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to meet and exceed sales goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Generate new leads through online research, email campaigns, and industry events
  • Identify and qualify potential clients and convert leads into sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Analyze market trends and data to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably with CFDs or other financial derivatives products
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
