        Channel Sales Manager (IT Equipments & Fintech Solutions)

An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a leading innovative solutions provider in the world with its innovative technologies and solutions in the financial self-service industry for the position of Channel Sales Manager (Fintech solutions and IT equipments), based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business and establish a distribution network in accordance with company strategy, assisting in the achievement of sales targets in Indonesia.
 - Manage new product sales projects and supervise the selling process.
 - Create and negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
 - Build and strengthen ties with partners and customers.
 - Attend public events and fairs in order to promote the company's brand and products.
 - Make future development recommendations, such as new market development and new product design.
 - Provide timely feedback to the director on every business opportunity, project improvement, problem, client demand, and so on.
 - Report sales performance data for oversight and management.
 
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Channel Sales Manager in selling hardware or software solutions to banks or fintech institutions. (ATMs, cash recyclers, cash depositors, cash sorters, retail solutions, and branch transformation solutions).
 - Have strong relationships with Banks to communicate or promote the products or services quickly to banks.
 - Have a wide network of distributors and partners specialized in providing products and solutions to banks.
 - Significant expertise in direct and channel sales, as well as customer relationship creation and management.
 - Excellent negotiating and sales skills.
 - Work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
 - Ability to satisfy travel obligations, as needed.
