Requirement :

1. Strong knowledge in Personal & Home Care Industry;
2. Minimum career level : As salesperson in selling similar products / materials with experienced 4-5 year;
3. Minimum education level : Bachelors, degree or engineer in chemical. Strong experience with lower qualification can consider;
4. Computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook;
5. Able to communicate in English (Spoken & written). Able to communicate in Chinese, Korean or Spain is a add advantage but not a must;
6. Candidate with lab technical or formulation technical experience is an add advantage and consideration; and
7. Working location and stationed : Hanoi

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Responsible for Sales and Marketing of the core products relating to the relevant Industries in Northern Vietnam;
2. Supervising the activities of customer requirements, services need in Northern Vietnam;
3. Develop sales plan and execute sales activities to ensure sustainable growth;
4. Conduct market research and collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth;
5. Aggressively solicit for new customers to achieve market position and sales target;
6. Submit reports regularly and on time to Main Office in HCMC and responsible principals as per schedule provided and informed;
7. Manage and plan to continuously set up a branch office at Northen with liaise by Main Office at HCMC;
8. Acting as the branch office person in-charge for continuous to grow and set up;

2. Team spirit and information sharing
