Sales Director (Prefer Bancassurance experience)

Job Description

The role:

• Building and implementing strategies, policies, processes, and action plans for achieving all KPIs related to new Education projects of the company.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales management at senior level in Bancassurance, or any fields with similar sales methods, with a team size of 100 headcounts above.
• A demonstrated excellent track record for sales achievement.
• Excellent customer service mindset; possess strong business acumen
• Ability to interact and influence senior management team members
• Ability to sales training
