Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.
• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Meeting SLA: Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP FICO, SD and understanding integration topics to other modules.
• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
