My client is a well-known Japanese company, a global innovator in a wide range of industrial equipment, from small and large engines, agricultural machinery and facilities, construction equipment, energy systems, marine, to machine tools, and components

FUNCTION:

  • Search, expand project channel sales & issues related to project sales
  • Manage, monitor and take care of project customers
    Collect market information and propose products, mechanical solutions for agricultural projects in Vietnam


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have rights on the tasks in charge to develop project channel sales

2. Role & responsibility

  • Develop Sales Opportunities

- Seek out and identify sales opportunities related to new and existing projects.

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, Agricultural Agencies and Organizations and other relevant.

  • Assess Customer Needs

- Understand and analyze customer requirements and needs related to the project.

- Suggest appropriate solutions based on customer needs and the companys capabilities

  • Create Proposals and Quotations

- Draft and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.

- Create detailed quotations for products or services related to the project.

  • Manage the Sales Process

- Monitor the sales process from initial request through contract signing and delivery

- Negotiate, follow conlusion, and manage contracts with customers.

  • Provide Customer Support and Consultation

- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers related to the project.

- Offer technical support and necessary information to help customers understand products or services.

  • Coordinate with other Departments

- Collaborate with supplychain/technical departments to ensure project requirements are met.

- Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Projects

- Track project progress to ensure sales objectives are being met

- Assess project outcomes and relevant metrics to improve future sales activities.

  • Report

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, project status, and any issues to upper management.

- Update on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Report for market demand and competitor's activites.

  • Other tasks required ( if any)


REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduated
  • Good at communication both Vietnamese and English. Good at MS
  • At least 3 years for Sales/ Project Sales Executive /Sales Project Manager
  • Have relationship with Agricultural Agencies and Organizations/partner/project customer agri-machine
  • Able to go out on regular business trips to the market
