WHAT YOU WILL DO
Define and oversee the execution of company global mobile application User Growth strategy in line with expansion objectives
Lead and manage grow our newly established User Growth team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, and gamification
Leverage data to priorities the right projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly
Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment
Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.
Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.
Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
