  • Ensure that every alliance is orientated towards creating incremental value, increasing long-term revenue.
  • Manage, maximize and drive the relationship between company and selected vendors and partners.
  • Work as a PIC for selected partners, plan and run the cadence with the partners, and lead continuous alignment of GTM and solutions that company to focus
  • Capture and agree with partners, the best commercial plan, and lead the implementation of the commercial process with partners into business process
  • To make sure company can enjoy the commercial programs from partners such as reward program, special discount, etc.
  • Negotiate and secure the best value pricing for partner-supplied services and products
  • To lead joint marketing activities with partners, working and aligning with partners and company's GTM team
  • Ensure that effective processes and tools are implemented to drive the adoption and benefit of partner programs
  • Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to implement catalogues, operational processes, and the terms and conditions for new partners to take on and renew partners.
  • Ensure that partner contracts are signed to enable activation of the partner relationship, including the conclusion of service level agreements.
  • Manage and report on the performance of selected partners to ensure that metrics are accurate and evidential and that remedial action is taken against poor performance.
  • Identify the supporting resources and systems such as reports, processes, training, and/or documents that provide the most value for the partnership.

    Job Requirements:

    • Relevant Bachelors degree
    • Demonstrated relevant experience in a pre-sales/sales role, or Marketing around 5 years or more
    • Previous experience in proposal writing
    • Budget management experience of specific projects such as marketing projects, customer projects as such
    • Business development experience
    • Possess good communication skills (both verbally and written)
    • Knowledge of partner propositions, markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities
    • Deep knowledge of the business and solutions
    • Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
    • Ability to foster the relationship with Partner managers in our strategic partners
