The position: 

• Reports to CEO
• Builds and leads their own small team 
• Working hours: Mon-Fri, business hours (9:00 - 18:00)

Responsibilities: Responsible for spearheading all recruitment efforts from beginning to end: sourcing, screening, and onboarding our newest team members, as well as leading the Recruitment team in Vietnam, including:

• Creating attention-grabbing job advertisements
• Utilizing your professional network to source candidates
• Helping the Company's brand within the job market
• Performing managerial reference checks
• Drafting offer letters and contracts
• Working cross-collaboratively with management and HR in the Companys various locations
• Managing recruitment team in Vietnam

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (e.g., software engineers, QAs, UI/UX, etc.)
• Proficiency in the English language (both verbally and written)
• A proven track record of hiring
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes
• Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team
