Job Summary: Our client seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operations of their clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic management, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The COO will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the clinic's mission and goals.
    • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvement, and service enhancement.
  2. Operational Oversight:

    • Provide leadership and direction to all operational aspects of the clinic, ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  3. Quality Assurance:

    • Oversee quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Work with the finance department to develop and manage the clinic's budget.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

  6. Facility Management:

    • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of clinic facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
