Job Summary: Our client seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operations of their clinic. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the clinic's mission and goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvement, and service enhancement.
Operational Oversight:
- Provide leadership and direction to all operational aspects of the clinic, ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
Financial Management:
- Work with the finance department to develop and manage the clinic's budget.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of clinic facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
