Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Vietnam region within the vibrant business unit of Market & Customer.
Your tasks:
- Provide strategic input for the development of new markets, target groups and sales channels
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop, maintain, and secure a customer base and sales network
- Enforce approved sales and marketing measures/activities to achieve business goals
- Determine customer needs to initiate new product developments
- Systematically and continuously review the company's position in the market
- Develop and implement a human resources strategy to achieve budgeted sales goals
- Implement and ensure sustainable reporting within existing Customer Experience Management (CEM) modules
- Create continuous reporting of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for review by superiors
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, related field or successfully completed technical or commercial training
- Experiences in sales and market developments and a good technical understanding
- Familiarity with the market dynamics in Vietnam
- solid understanding of MS Office is mandatory and familiarity with SAP is a plus
- strong negotiating skills and a structured approach combined with a friendly and competent appearance

- high willingness to travel
