Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Vietnam region within the vibrant business unit of Market & Customer.

Your tasks:

  • Provide strategic input for the development of new markets, target groups and sales channels
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop, maintain, and secure a customer base and sales network
  • Enforce approved sales and marketing measures/activities to achieve business goals
  • Determine customer needs to initiate new product developments
  • Systematically and continuously review the company's position in the market
  • Develop and implement a human resources strategy to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Implement and ensure sustainable reporting within existing Customer Experience Management (CEM) modules
  • Create continuous reporting of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for review by superiors

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, related field or successfully completed technical or commercial training
  • Experiences in sales and market developments and a good technical understanding
  • Familiarity with the market dynamics in Vietnam
  • solid understanding of MS Office is mandatory and familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • strong negotiating skills and a structured approach combined with a friendly and competent appearance
  • entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
  • independent, solution- and goal-orientated way of working
  • high willingness to travel
