People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading technology-driven business transformation company that operates in over 20 countries globally and specializes in serving clients in the banking, insurance, and health sectors for the Senior IT BA position in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, customers, or end users. 
• Gather user requirements and use proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help businesses make informed technology decisions.
• Collaborate with the Research & Development team to optimize business processes and ensure IT understands business requirements. 
• Collaborate with requestors to determine the scope of requirements, conduct interviews, prioritize requirements, and analyze existing processes. 
• Assist in acquisition and deployment, participate in quality assurance, and select software solutions. 
• Develop standard templates, translate user requirements into functional ones, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in software BA.
• Knowledge of IT organization's core business processes, and the ability to elicit and analyze requirements. 
• Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, creating consistent specifications, and understanding application development and software development life cycle concepts.
• A bachelor's degree in Software/IT Business Analysis is preferred, along with formal business analysis qualifications like PBA, CBAP, CCBA, etc.
