Client Liaison Executive (Japanese native preferred)
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

We are a leading foreign-operated, multi-disciplinary medical provider in Vietnam, operating multiple clinics in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. Our international team of physicians comes from countries such as the US, Canada, Israel, France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Japan, the Philippines, Australia, Vietnam, and Argentina. Together, we deliver exceptional healthcare services and emergency medical evacuations to both expatriates and the local community. Our patient base has grown significantly in recent years, and we continue to expand.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Client Liaison Executive.

Job Description General Information

  • Provide excellent customer service to Japanese patients.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage the Japanese Hotline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Gather information to complete patient records.
  • Verify identification documents, insurance membership, and details.
  • Manage the patient flow for Japanese clients.
  • Handle cashier responsibilities.
  • Ensure all necessary information is prepared for billing and payment.
  • Ensure Japanese patients have all required documentation, reports, and medications before leaving the clinic.
  • Assist with medical evacuations as needed.
  • Help Japanese patients with external bookings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Oversee the Japanese Hotline.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Holder of a diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Experience in customer relations or interactions is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in foreign service companies or the healthcare/service industry.

Key Skills & Capabilities:

  • Native Japanese candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Commitment to excellence and a desire to exceed standards and achieve optimal results.
  • Fluency in English is required.
