Senior Line Manager

 Job Description:

With the growth of the business and the transformation of the organization, we are looking for a Director to promote the entire business. As a Director, you will be mainly directing the Development Division. For further growth of the division, establishing optimal operation and workflow will be critical task you will be working on. On top of that, we expect your contribution comprehensively throughout the organization together with the existing Directors.

Responsibilities

Operation control in Business Units, especially in Software Development Projects:

Meeting with clients to discuss their needs.

Managing the projects and reporting to the clients.

Maintaining strong client relationships.

Establishing rules and workflows to improve the operation.

Members management and encourage their skill up for better delivery.

Operation throughout the organization:

Finding out the issues and implement the optimal solutions.

Planning and promoting the business strategy.

Required Skills and Experiences

Must have:

Abundant experience as Project Manager in software development projects. (Including requirement definition, designing... in upper process)

Excellent at Japanese (N1 level, especially communication skill), good at English.

High management and people skills such as planning, reporting, problem solving, negotiation, leadership...

Nice to have:

TOEIC over 800.

University graduated, majoring in information technology.

Experience in business promotion and/or at a start-up company.

Experience in Japanese Offshore Development and/or in SI.

Experience in Corporate Sales.
