Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of hybrid cloud-based projects within our organization. This role requires an experienced individual who is familiar with cloud technologies, project management methodologies and possess strong communication skills. You will be tasked to work closely external parties for alignment of schedule and test criteria while collaborating and organizing internal teams to provide timely execution, and delivery of both technical and business objectives.

Responsibility

• Experienced with the delivery and deployment of hybrid cloud projects including the various components and phases within
• Able to develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables
• Experienced in working with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, task priority and success criteria
• Perform risk assessment and highlight potential issues that may impact project deliverables or timeline.
• Coordinate tasks between internal teams including architects, developers and QA engineers etc.
• Familiar with best practices of cloud deployment for optimal security, performance and resources requirements
• Takes initiative in using tools for efficient organization and planning of project schedule, delivery and task allocation
• Proactive in communication and performing regular project updates to all stakeholders
• Embrace a culture of continuous improvement Incorporates feedback and learning points into future project planning
• Effective in preparing regular documentation for transparency, knowledge transfer, and handing over of project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing projects within ICT sector
• Good understanding and proficiency in public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Basic understanding in containerization technologies (eg. Kubernetes, Dockers etc)
• Basic understanding in hypervisor and virtualization technologies (eg. VMware, Proxmox etc)
• Familiar and experience in usage of JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices is desirable
• Ability to work with teams across different countries
• Relevant Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Good proficiency of English language (Both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
