Sales Director (Large Corps) HN/HCM
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire B2B clients (large corps).
- Lead all areas of deal execution, including identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, generating business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing.
- Nurture employer partners through networking, opportunity execution, and ongoing support for continuous partner success and support.
- Communicate and report to management the pipeline project, business effect, and ongoing feedback from employer partners.
- Share the company's value proposition to partners through presentations, webinars, and demos.
- Create and maintain external and internal alliances and relationships with key customers.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B Direct Sales (Large corps >1000 employees) as a Sales Director or similar roles.
- Have experience in working, pitching, and offering SaaS, B2B products to C-level executives.
- Have an excellent sales skills with a proven track record of sales accomplishments.
- Good command of English.
- Have a good knowledge of finance.
- Good communication with internal/external stakeholders.
