Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, overseeing the budgeting process, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for preparing financial reports and providing financial advice to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

Oversee the budgeting process and ensure that budgets are adhered to.

Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Monitor cash flow and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.

Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.

Provide financial advice to senior management.

Liaise with external auditors and other financial institutions.

Monitor and manage investments.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Monitor and manage tax compliance.

Develop and implement internal financial controls.

Oversee payroll and other financial operations.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

5+ years of experience in financial management.

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
