About The Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in Vietnam. This role involves driving tele-lead generation activities to accelerate revenue growth in Vietnam. The successful candidate will execute telemarketing campaigns, record all activities in Salesforce, and work closely with our sales team to generate and qualify leads.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation (65%)

  • Execute tele-lead generation campaigns to support market penetration, new product launches, and other commercial activities.
  • Identify and navigate to key decision-makers within companies responsible for coding and marking.
  • Achieve or exceed daily targets for calls and dials.
  • Generate and verify sales-ready leads, assigning them to the appropriate sales channels.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure viability, updating Salesforce accordingly.
  • Maintain and refresh the customer database through established data maintenance processes.

Inbound Lead Qualification (25%)

  • Qualify leads generated from digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, email) using established processes and scripts.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales channels and follow up to ensure lead viability, with prompt data updates in Salesforce.

Additional Marketing Duties (10%)

  • Enter telemarketing agency profiles and sales-ready leads into Salesforce.
  • Assist with the logistics of tradeshows, webinars, and other events as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Positive attitude with resilience to handle phone rejection and hang-ups.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage key decision-makers and influencers in the coding and marking industry.
  • Quick thinker, able to ask thoughtful questions, respond to objections, and navigate conversations effectively.
  • "Professionally social" with a natural, professional approach to building rapport over the phone.
  • Customer-centric, able to handle tough conversations with professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Relationships

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
