An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a global one-stop platform company for the position of Country Manager with Ads agency background, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive product and service growth and market expansion.
• Lead teams of around 200 members, overseeing client acquisition and contract negotiations.
• Offer strategic consulting services to clients, aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients for high-quality marketing solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in leadership roles in the marketing industry.
• Demonstrated business development expertise in the marketing industry.
• Strong track record in market penetration and client acquisition, especially among SMEs in Vietnam.
• Exceptional skill in forming strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Solid financial acumen for enhancing P/L through strategic BD initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in developing and executing business strategies.
