My client is the leading online media company and provider of digital advertising, marketing and social commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers.

Job Description

Strategic Plan:

  • Work with the local/regional Advertising Sales team to build realistic campaign proposals for clients
  • Be strong at data-driven Marketing to adapt it best in planning and execution
  • Master in performance optimization across platforms and 3rd party integration
  • Stay up-to-date with performance trend such as Acquisition, Ecommerce, Affiliate

Campaign Management:

  • Knowledgeable in web development technologies, online advertisement performance monitoring and tracking in the upcoming digital space
  • Ensuring projects are on track, so as to capture all related information and provides necessary insights to ensure Company's continuous development in digital marketing strategies
  • Partner with HQ Product & Solutions team, R&D team, Ad Operations team to provide operational support to Vietnam office for revenue growth, publisher initiatives and product innovations
  • Proactively conduct in-depth quality assurance through use of debugging and analytical tools to ensure data accuracy in ad performance tracking and monitoring
  • Assist in troubleshooting with known ad tracking performance or digital marketing performance technology being used in the implemented objects
  • Assist in investigating and resolving campaign discrepancy issues with any 3rd party vendors to ensure an error-free campaign tracking monitoring
  • Assisting sales team in report generation and translating campaign performance and provide positive feedbacks where necessary to the clients
  • Looking for ways to enhance ad performance monitoring and suggests improvements to the platform to ensure optimized software performance with least amount of bugs
  • Implementing, monitoring and optimizing online and mobile ad campaigns in the Advenue and Passionation platforms
  • Report analysis and performance marketing optimization and to troubleshoot day to day problems pertaining to advertising campaigns
  • Work around tight datelines to ensure delivery of product launches and to meet digital campaigns KPIs

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in ad operations / campaign management /digital media planning or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of setting up Google Ads, Facebook Ads, especially Adnetwork and Programmatic Campaigns,
  • Outstanding organizational skills and extremely attentive to detail
  • A team player with a great sense of communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Know how to use Google Data Studio is plus
  • Works well under pressure
