Head of Sales (MEP, sanitary and plumbing)

 Job Description:

MAIN TASKS

  • Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.
  • Secure distribution of company products in the market and develop the distribution channel.
  • Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.
  • New market segment and to research on clients requirement and competitors products and pries (projects and commercial).
  • Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
  • Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities).

PROFILE

  • University degree or above
  • Able to speak and write local language
  • High level of enthusiasm, full of passion to build up new relationships in the field
  • Creative, outgoing personality, mature, honest, self-motivated, result oriented and open-minded
  • Proven track record for the projects in the building industry
  • Ability to approach higher management levels developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers and contractors
  • Professional English skills, excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Strong background in sanitary/piping building material industry. Minimum 10 years experience in this industry.
  • Willing to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 20%)
