People Profilers Vietnam is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing initiatives of the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals and objectives

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing trends to identify potential opportunities

Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain competitive advantage

Manage and coordinate promotional activities

Develop and maintain marketing materials and campaigns

Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities

Develop and implement customer loyalty programs

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing activities

Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing personnel

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of CRM systems and other marketing software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
