Main Duties

Steel Manufacturing

• Provide overall leadership, management and oversight for entire steel manufacturing team
• Manage and control daily schedule and output for steel manufacturing
• Manage allocation of raw material per order, slitting, shearing and prepping raw material for production based on orders
• Manage annealing process
• Oversee steel manufacturing staff
• Oversee steel controller
• Ensure we meet all POs for clients in timely manner
• Ensure we produce and ship high quality steel and aluminum products
• Work with quality assurance team to address claims, maintain machines and fix/prepare molds

Other Duties

Miscellaneous

• Member of executive team and provides monthly updates for manufacturing
• Review aluminum manufacturing team and provide oversight as needed
• Work with chief accountant to ensure proper accounting of steel operations
• Hold self and others accountable to their responsibilities, set example to other staff with excellent work and professionalism
• Be a great team leader, mentor and work well with others to meet company goals

Main Requirements:

• 10+ years in stainless steel manufacturing
• 5+ years senior management experience and leading manufacturing teams
• 5+ years hydraulic press and press machine experience
• Ability to successfully lead large manufacturing teams and communicate with leaders and factory line staff
• Experience drafting and executing production plans, track productivity and production loss
