HR Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Job Description:
Our Client, a new Chinese FDI player exploring Vietnam market, is looking for a young & diversified HR Director who will in-charge for both HR Operation & Admin tasks.
Job Descriptions:
1. Organize the formulation and implementation of annual and monthly work plans;
2. Develop administrative expense budgets and control expenses, and do daily administrative work;
3. Organize, coordinate and ensure the company's various meetings and activities, and do a good job in the company's reception work;
4. Responsible for the purchase, management and distribution of office supplies, and responsible for the sanitation and safety of the office environment;
5. Responsible for daily administrative management and management, guidance and training of department employees;
6. Responsible for company license application, annual inspection, industrial and commercial announcement declaration and other related work;
7. Responsible for filing and accessing company files;
8. Responsible for office decoration matters;
9. Responsible for the seal verification of OA stamped contracts and documents;
10. Responsible for inventory and registration of fixed assets, numbering, labeling, indicating usage status, and counting quantities;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of administrative experience, female around 30 years old
2. Familiar with relevant national and local regulations and policies
3. Strong affinity, sense of responsibility, ability to withstand pressure, leadership skills and work enthusiasm;
4. Have good execution, observation, team spirit, communication and coordination skills and organizational management skills;
5. Have good writing skills and be able to draft plans, summaries, meeting drafts and other standard documents.
Languages:
- Intermediate above level in Chinese, both verbal & oral.
- Fairly in English communication is preferable.
