Financial Director

 Job Description:

1.M&A procedures and consolidation report (mandatory request)

  • Conduct consolidated financial statement
  • Did market research to find out opportunities, potential industries and M&A strategy to do M&A procedures and support the business and expansion of company
  • Sourcing potential deals for M&A in line with the above strategy
  • Controlled M&A processes and procedures, including projection, analysis, assessment and making decision to propose investment and deal structure
  • Dealt with sellers for negotiation of M&A terms, CP and SPA
  • Led and coordinated with departments to perform M&A procedures
  • Security Company: strategy direction, management of BODs KPI, overall business
  • control and play roles of Board of Management (Chairman/ Board Member)
  • Built team and procedure standard.

2.Finance & Accounting Operations :

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

2. Budget -Reporting- Analysis:

  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
  • Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
  • Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
  • Combine with relevant department to make the Annual Budget (Operation/Capital/Cash Flow) and follow up Manage the preparation of the company's budget
  • Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
  • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
  • Group reporting Quarterly

Qualifications

  • Prioritize people with work experience at Big 4. Having a CPA or ACCA certificate is an advantage.
  • 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
  • CMA designation
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
