Description
We are looking for a motivated Delivery Manager in the Ho Chi Minh City office. team in the Ho Chi Minh City office. This role drive the successful completion of high-value and complex projects. They will be completely responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery and govern the delivery across stakeholders, handling complicated engineering issues, ensuring quality and applying best engineering practices to achieve success.

Responsibilities
Responsible for technical staffing matching people for successful project delivery. Facilitates reporting including milestones and resource allocation.
Takes a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company.
Takes a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools and approaches, advocates the best engineering practices and tools for effective use.
Contributes best practices & processes as well as delivery management knowledge back to the company.
Contributes to the presales: estimations, architecture reviews, and documentation.
Responsible for developing and executing the succession plan of the projects on their account.
Participates in the assessment committees for M1/M2 during promotion campaigns as a committee expert.
Participates in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers.
Lead the team by example and able to create a learning environment and manage people performance in production setups. Focuses and guides others in accomplishing work operations and objectives. Recognizes and understands the agenda and perspective of others and balances the interests of all parties involved.
Trusted to oversee the development and technical aspects of delivery as well as sourcing of people, methodologies, and processes of the setups.
1. Service design
Ensure the application meet Clients requirement, conduct application review with dev team, business and product owner periodically, make sure the team understand and follow Clients standard, requirement keep refresh periodically.
Ensure the application meet access and information security requirement. Other than ITIL, ISO-27001 will help as well.
Manage and maintain backup /archive requirement - Maintain business continuity plan
2. Service transition
Managing inventories, data assets & lifecycle the configuration items
Project tollgate, change and release management
Documentation (e.g. architecture diagram, system integration details, authentication, authorization mechanism, data flow, etc.
It is intended to walk-through with IT architect and obtain the approval to proceed the implementation), quick dive into business process, writing solution design document.
3. Service operation
Request management, audits, application security review, vulnerability and scanning result review, manage risk item remediation.
Access management, entitlement review, approval of access right
Quality control, verify and document the evidence for application requirement.
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Able to review code in Java / .NET / Prior coding experience on multi-tier application design and development will be useful. Able to write simple queries using standard database(s) SQL Server, Oracle
Communication Skills: Strong Analytical skills. Collaborate with stakeholders across locations.
Management of Resources: Demonstrate ability to be effective within a matrix environment. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and take ownership of projects, performing job requirements with minimal oversight and attention to detail.
Business Knowledge: 5 years working for a multinational company in a similar capacity.
