Job Description:

Responsibilities:
· A self-motivated hunter who is performance driven and result oriented.
· Highly organized, focus, growth-minded sales professional with proven track records.
· Experience in growing training and education business, with focus on Higher Education, Adult and Lifelong learning, Enterprise and Professional training in the Technology domain.
· Built and managed training partners, training solution providers.
· Knowledgeable in higher education policy, experience in engaging policy makers in the Ministry of Higher Education and Vocational Training authorities.
· Extensive network and connection to training providers, education foundation, associations, and University/Polytechnic/Colleges/training companies in the Private and Public institutions.
· This candidate will be responsible to develop business development and sale strategy to drive revenue programs across the designated market segment and territory.
· Own partnership growth strategy, increase market share, and product adoption in Vietnam
Additional Information:
· Tertiary Educated.
· Effectively Bi-lingual or more (main English).
· Professional personality with confident disposition and communication skills.
· Minimum 10 years of business development and partnership experiences, of which at least 5 years demonstrable achievement of the above.
The year of experience is essential as this role would be suitable for an experienced candidate having to deal with the higher management when trying to develop new business opportunities.
Currently there is no team to run at this moment and the role is currently remote (Preferably someone from city areas in case in future they have to setup physically). If the candidate with some regional experience, across Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia will be an added advantage.
