Channel Manager (Chinese speaking)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Report to: Country Manager
- Combine the market competition form and the company's periodic business focus to formulate the core strategy of the channel, and promote the implementation of the strategy in the region
- Develop product sales plans for the channels, assist customers in managing the purchase, sales and inventory products, and be responsible for the sales results of major customers in the region
- Team training and management, building RM and business teams to help the team improve performance and achieve sales goals
- Through data analysis, market visits and customer visits, provide effective customer performance improvement and business plans to increase customer share and improve channel operation efficiency
Qualifications
- Age not over 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile phone channel management
- Fluent in Chinese(HSK6) will be advantage
- Able to accept business trips across the country
- Have knowledge and understanding of current Thailand retail business and field force team management
- Working in a Chinese organization will be an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable to stressful work environments
- Good communication and coordination skills.
