Requirements: 

• Proven administrative and managerial abilities in a similar position or a medium to large size organization with over 800 employees. 
• Strong sense of diplomacy and tact when interacting with the club's members. 
• Strong service orientation 
• Effective communication skills in a Thai and international environment. 
• Strong leadership qualities. 
• Ability to properly administer the club;s policies and procedures. 
• Experience with large capital project management and construction and renovation. 

Responsibilities: 

The General Manager will report to the General Committee and will be responsible for the implementation of the  policies as well as the management and administration.
